Very often there are situations when individual blog posts should be on the site, but they need to be hidden in the search results (both regular and Ajax).
WooCommerce has a built-in Catalog visibility function for products (Shop and search results; Shop only; Search results only; Hidden), but there is no such function for blog posts.
Proposal:
  • add a checkbox to blog posts (post editing pages) so that you can exclude the page (post) from search results.
This will allow us to avoid using a lot of your own code and plugins that only clutter up the site.
