Currently, only 2 types of menus are registered in the theme - Main and Mobile (section - Manage Locations /wp-admin/nav-menus.php?action=locations)

Translation plugins (for example, Polylang) will pick up data about the menus registered in the theme and allow you to set different language versions in the same section.

However, some other important locations are not registered as menus in the theme, which is why you have to create different Headers (in the Header builder) for each language version, for a full translation of the theme.

Suggestion:

register the menu - Categories (Product Categories) in the theme

This will allow you to implement multilingualism more flexibly, avoiding duplication.
