A simple toggle to show price with or without VAT. Pretty much ALL plugins with the ability to toggle the VAT is to remove the VAT altogether in the cart which is not good.

Here in France, if it is a B2B sale (wholesale) we talk without VAT. The VAT is paid at the end, but is given back by credit from the gov. So we have learned to talk without VAT in B2B sales.
