mohammad I completely agree with this suggestion and feature because it will lead to increased user conversion rates and improved website rankings.

This should definitely be synchronized with marketplace plugins. Such as Dokan or MultivendorX.
For example, MultivendorX has its own "Ask a Question" module where a vendor can independently answer a customer's question about their product from the vendor dashboard.
Will your solution be organized in such a way that there is compatibility for multivendor plugins?

I have been waiting for this feature for quite a while. I hope that after the Woodmart team completes version 8.0 of WoodMart, you will consider and add this feature.
Regarding its application:
Currently, with a lot of content being generated by AI, if we add this feature and have user-generated content on the website, it will be a significant advantage for those working on SEO and it will also enhance the credibility of the brand... Many benefits are created when the website has this feature.
